BioMarker Strategies:
BioMarker Strategies is a tissue-based cancer diagnostics company that is developing the SnapPath™ex vivo biomarker platform to improve the treatment of cancer. BioMarker Strategies is developing a pipeline of unique ex vivo biomarker tests, called functional signaling profiles, to inform drug treatment selection for cancer patients with breast, colon, lung, pancreatic and other solid tumors. ESAC is helping Biomarker Strategies to develop techniques for analyzing the signaling profile as an aid in the drug selection process.

The Office of National Coordinator for Health Information Technology:
The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) is at the forefront of the administration's health IT efforts and is a resource to the entire health system to support the adoption of health information technology and the promotion of nationwide health information exchange to improve health care. ONC is organizationally located within the Office of the Secretary for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). ESAC is involved in a variety of projects at ONC, centered around the IT infrastructure needed to make electronic health records the new paradigm in medicine and research.
