NCI Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences:

As NCI’s bridge to public health research, practice, and policy, the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS) plays a unique role in reducing the burden of cancer in America. As an extramural division, DCCPS has lead responsibility at NCI for supporting research in surveillance, epidemiology, health services, behavioral science, and cancer survivorship. The need for research data management for these functions is paramount.

Georgetown Lombardi Cancer Center:

Lombardi's world-leading research faculty are discovering cancer risk factors, designing effective prevention strategies, and learning how to detect cancers earlier. The center is developing and testing targeted therapies that will improve both survival and quality of life and making progress toward the ultimate goal: to eradicate cancer.

NCI Center for Bioinformatics CBIIT:

The NCI Center for Bioinformatics (NCICB) helps speed scientific discovery and facilitates translational research by building many types of tools and resources that enable information to be shared along the continuum from the scientific bench to the clinical bedside and back.
