Informatics platform for Translational Research
Our informatics services platform delivers a team that has the knowledge and capability to develop and support tools that facilitate translation research. For example, we build tools to integrate and understand the function of genes from the genotype to phenotype level.
We also offer solutions to rapidly create and manage epidemiology portals – including solutions for translational medicine. These portals provide a platform for researchers to search, download, and analyze data sets generated by the research studies. Users can mine clinical characteristics such as survival data and tumor staging and correlate these characteristics with mutation and genome characterization results.
