Research Data Management and Coordination

E-SAC provides the expertise to manage the challenges of research data management and coordination for large federally funded scientific studies.

Large scale genomic characterization programs — such as the Cancer Genome Atlas project from NCI -- generate massive volumes of data which will require special expertise to manage, interpret, and eventually apply in a clinical setting. We are using our expertise and service to help design innovative tools so that this critical data can be accessed across multiple institutions.
