NCI CBIIT Project Management

We are currently providing program and technical project management services to several programs supporting the caBIG® Integrative Cancer Research (ICR) workspace. We have managed various large-scale scientific software projects from inception through delivery in bioinformatics and information technology industry with collaboration with customers to ensure sustained alignment between scientific and informatics leadership. We have demonstrated our program and project management skills for several translational research data portals like REMBRANDT (REpository for Molecular BRAin Neoplasia DaTa), caGWAS (Cancer Genome Wide Association Studies), CMA (Cancer Molecular Analysis Portal) as well as next generation translational research platform caIntegrator2. caBIG® -  cancer Biomedical Informatics Grid™ is an information network enabling all constituencies in the cancer community – researchers, physicians, and patients – to share data and knowledge.
